I won't hire him because
1-The ESL instructor needs at least 2 years ESL teaching experience.
2-This position needs 120 hour certification, and in his resume it isn't mentioned about that.
3-He isn't a native speaker of English.
4-he has online certification and this job needs bachelors degree from accredited university.
5-his background doesn't related to the ESL instructors.
